About This Service

Cement Creek is a private reservation management system for owners of units at the Cement Creek condominiums. It is not a public service — accounts are provided by the property administrator to current unit owners.

Text Message (SMS) Program

By selecting "Email & Text" under notification preferences in your account, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your reservations, confirmation deadlines, and waitlist offers. Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also switch back to "Email Only" at any time in your account settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Service Availability

We aim to keep this service available and reminders timely, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or delivery of any given email or text message. Please log in directly if you have not received an expected notification.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
