Cement Creek is a private reservation management system used by owners of units at the Cement Creek condominiums to schedule, confirm, and manage their reserved weeks. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and unit ownership/reservation details, provided by you or set up on your behalf by your property administrator when your account is created.

How We Use Your Information

To operate the reservation system: scheduling your weeks, sending confirmation and reminder emails and text messages about reserved weeks and waitlist status, and administrative communication from your condo administrator.

Text Message (SMS) Notifications

If you opt in to text messages (by selecting "Email & Text" under notification preferences in your account), we send messages about reservation deadlines, waitlist offers, and account changes. Message frequency varies with your reservation activity and preferences — typically a handful of messages around your reservation windows. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by changing your notification preference to "Email Only" in your account settings. Text messages are never sent to a phone number unless this preference has been explicitly selected.

Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell or share your phone number or other personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use trusted service providers solely to deliver your communications (Twilio for text messages, Resend for email), which receive only the minimum information necessary to deliver a message.

Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to administrators or accessible in plain text.

Your Choices

You can review and update your contact information and notification preferences at any time by logging in. To request account changes or removal, contact your property administrator below.
